Who we are
Root2Growth Accounting & Advisory is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at accounts@root2growth.co.uk.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, telephone number if provided, the type of support you are interested in, and the content of your message. We also record the date and time of submission.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide the services we agree. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and contract performance once engaged.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Client records are retained for the periods required by accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering legislation, typically six years after the relationship ends.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who host our systems and with HMRC, Companies House and other authorities where required to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to processing. Contact us and we will respond within one month. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
