Making Tax Digital · Income Tax
Quarterly reporting, made uneventful
From April 2026 HMRC wants digital records and four submissions a year from self-employed people and landlords. We take the whole thing off your desk for a fixed monthly fee.

Thresholds are based on qualifying income from self-employment and property combined.
Income over £50,000
Sole traders and landlords with qualifying income above £50,000 must keep digital records and report quarterly.
Income over £30,000
The threshold drops. A much larger group of self-employed people and landlords comes into scope.
Income over £20,000
The threshold drops again, bringing in smaller side businesses and single-property landlords.
